What we build

We don't do "everything". We focus on applications where business logic, data and day-to-day convenience matter.

01

SaaS systems

Subscription products with user accounts, roles, recurring payments and a customer panel.

02

Panels and dashboards

Internal tools: managing clients, orders and documents, plus reports and statistics.

03

Platforms and marketplaces

Services with several user types, search, maps and content moderation.

A custom application or an off-the-shelf tool?

An off-the-shelf subscription tool is enough when your process looks the same as in thousands of other companies. A custom web app makes sense when:

If you're not sure, start with an MVP: one feature that solves the most important problem. We write more about this in the article MVP or a full product.

Technologies

We choose the stack to suit the project, not the other way round. These are the tools we work with most often:

Integrations and automation

An application rarely works on its own. We connect it to payment gateways, CRM, ERP, warehouse systems and KSeF, Poland's National e-Invoicing System, and we automate repetitive tasks so your team doesn't have to re-enter data by hand.

How much does it cost?

We bill by the hour: development €46/h net, design €35/h net. Below are realistic price ranges for typical projects.

Euro amounts converted at the NBP mid-market rate of 14 September 2026 (€1 = 4.3391 zł) and rounded. We invoice in PLN.

Simple application / panel: ca. €4,150–10,400 net User accounts, basic modules, admin panel.
Platform / product MVP: ca. €9,200–23,000 net Several modules, integrations, payments, roles and permissions.
Large system: from ca. €23,000 net Many roles, complex logic, ERP/CRM integrations, high scale.

The biggest cost drivers are: the number of roles and permissions, integrations with external systems, recurring payments and the size of the admin panel. After launch, support is typically 5–15 hours a month.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to build a web application?

A simple panel usually takes 6–10 weeks. A platform MVP — 2 to 4 months. We build large systems in stages, releasing modules as they become ready.

Will I get the source code?

Yes. Once payment is settled, we transfer full intellectual property rights to the code and design. The code goes into your repository, and services are registered in your company's name.

What about maintenance after launch?

We offer ongoing support: monitoring, backups, updates and further development. Typically 5–15 hours a month, billed at our hourly rate.

Will you integrate the application with our system?

Yes — we build integrations with payment gateways, CRM, ERP, warehouse systems and any API. If a system has documentation, we can integrate with it. Read more about system integration and KSeF.

Can you build a SaaS system with recurring payments?

Yes. SaaS systems with user accounts, roles, recurring payments and a customer panel are one of the three types of application we focus on.

Do you work with companies outside Szczecin?

Yes. We run most projects remotely, in Polish, English, German, Ukrainian or Russian, for clients in Poland and abroad.
