1. Data controller

2. What data we process
- Contact form data: full name, e-mail address, message content.
- Enquiry source: when you send the contact form, the cost calculator or the brief, we attach the address of the page where your visit started and the name of the website that referred you (e.g. a search engine). This tells us which content helps clients find us.
- Technical data: our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, date and time of the request) to keep the site secure and operational.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process form data to respond to your enquiry and conduct correspondence, including preparing a quote — under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest: communicating with people interested in our services).
4. Data recipients
The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA) — data submitted through the form is processed on Netlify's servers under EU Standard Contractual Clauses. E-mail correspondence is handled by our mail provider. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Retention period
We keep correspondence data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and afterwards for a maximum of 3 years for potential claims or follow-up conversations, unless the law requires a longer period.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your data, as well as to object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (PUODO) or your local data protection authority. To exercise your rights, write to info@codeport.pl.
7. Cookies and localStorage
The site uses no marketing or tracking cookies. We use your browser's localStorage to remember your chosen language and your progress in the brief, and sessionStorage to remember the page where your visit started. This data stays on your device — the entry page and source are only sent together with a form you submit yourself. sessionStorage data is cleared when you close the tab.
