1. General provisions
1.1. These terms set out the rules for using the services provided electronically on codeport.pl: the cost calculator, the brief builder with its preliminary specification generator, and the contact form (the “Tools”).
1.2. The service provider is Shostak & Stawicki Sp. z o.o., registered office: pl. Jana Kilińskiego 3, 71-414 Szczecin, Poland, entered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000915173, VAT ID PL8513262790, REGON 389616142 (the “Provider”). Contact: info@codeport.pl, +48 796 454 237.
1.3. Using the Tools is free of charge and requires no account.
2. Types and scope of services
- Cost calculator — based on your answers, shows an indicative range for your project's cost and timeline. Features you describe in your own words are estimated by an artificial intelligence model.
- Brief builder — lets you describe your project, download the brief as a PDF and send it to the Provider. At your request it generates a preliminary technical specification with the help of an artificial intelligence model.
- Contact form — lets you send an enquiry to the Provider.
The calculator results and the generated specification are indicative only. They are neither an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code nor a binding quote. The Provider prepares a binding quote individually, after a conversation and an analysis of the project.
3. Technical requirements
You need a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript enabled. An e-mail address is required to send the form, the calculator result or the brief.
4. Conclusion and termination
The agreement to use a Tool is concluded when you start using it and ends when you finish (for example when you close the page or send the form). You may stop using the Tools at any time without giving a reason.
5. Rules of use
- Use the Tools lawfully and in line with these terms. Providing unlawful content is prohibited.
- Do not enter other people's personal data or confidential information in the descriptions unless it is needed to describe the project.
6. Complaints
Send complaints about how the Tools work to info@codeport.pl, describing the problem. We will reply within 14 days of receiving the complaint, to the e-mail address it was sent from.
7. Personal data
How we process personal data — including sending project descriptions to the provider of the artificial intelligence model — is described in the privacy policy.
8. Final provisions
8.1. The Provider may change these terms for important reasons, in particular a change in the law or in the scope of the Tools. The new version applies from its publication on this page.
8.2. Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services and the Civil Code. These terms do not limit consumer rights under mandatory provisions of law.
8.3. These terms apply from 5 October 2026.
